23 June 2020 is International Women in Engineering Day (INWED), a global event organised by WES.
One of the ways we celebrated this at Springboard was to make a video about all the amazing women we have working here, not only to showcase some of the brilliant talent we already have, but also to help raise awareness about what being a women working in engineering is like, and what the industry as a whole can do to help make the STEM workforce more diverse and inclusive.
