One of our clients, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, wanted to rethink how their complex therapies are delivered to patients. They are developing a new version of their flagship drug, a treatment renowned for its efficacy, but equally known for its intricate administration routes and nuanced indications. To explore this, we partnered closely with their internal stakeholders. We then applied our deep expertise in medical devices to translate these insights into a comprehensive set of product requirements.
These requirements now serve as a strategic lens through which the company can assess existing delivery devices, emerging technologies, or the feasibility of developing a bespoke solution tailored to this drug’s unique characteristics.
